This short frock has a faux wrap top, which forms a deep v-neckline, shirred ruffles line the outer edges of the shoulder and bodice forming flutter sleeves. The skirt is constructed just like our signature Ruffle Mini – with an elastic waist and two shirred flounce tiers.
